Marsha Breazeale, CDOA, CPLTA
Marsha Breazeale received her certification from the National Association of Division
Order Analysts in 2005 and certification from the National Association of Lease and
Title Analysts in 2006. She was invited by the National Association of Lease and Title
Analysts to present a class at the 1999 NALTA Conference in San Antonio, 2001
NALTA Conference in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and the 2002 NALTA Conference in Lake
Tahoe, Nevada. Marsha has co-presented several full-day seminars for the
Association of Lease and Title Analysts (ALTA) in Houston hosted by the University of
Houston PLM Program over the recent years.
Marsha has twenty-nine years of land support experience in lease records, rentals
and division orders both onshore and offshore. She began her career as a rentals
secretary for Union Texas Petroleum in 1978. Her experience ranges from systems
conversion projects due to acquisitions to organization of a comprehensive analyst
desk involving both lease records management and division orders. Marsha's lease
records and division order experience includes virtually every oil and gas producing
state and the offshore Gulf of Mexico and ranges from new lease or farm-in to spud
to final depletion. For LandFocus Oil & Gas Training, LLC. Marsha brings her
teaching talent into workshops for beginners and home-study manuals for the more
advanced land administration professional.
Marsha brings her wide range of lease records and division order expertise and
experience to LandFocus to offer workshops teaching the fundamentals for
beginner lease analysts and division order analysts. In addition, Marsha has created
home-study courses for the more- experienced analyst to broaden their expertise
and increase their analytical skills. She includes in her workshops and home study
courses the important perspective of the impact of database systems on the
everyday work of the analyst by drawing on her experience with Tobin Domain,
Oracle, Excalibur, OGSYS, Artesia land/lease records systems as well as the SAP
Accounting database system. Marsha has been working in the industry as an
Independent Consultant for the past several years as a division order analyst and
comprehensive analyst.
