LandFocus has brought quality, target training to more than 1,000 individuals and land administration professionals since it was founded in 2006 by Marsha Breazeale. LandFocus Clients include oil and natural gas companies of all sizes from major oil companies to small sole proprietorships. Marsha Breazeale has over thirty years of land support experience in lease records, rentals and division orders both onshore and offshore. Her lease records and division order experience includes virtually every oil and gas producing state and the offshore Gulf of Mexico and ranges from new lease or acquisition to final depletion. Marsha received her certification from the National Association of Division Order Analysts in 2005 and certification from the National Association of Lease and Title Analysts in 2006. She is a frequent speaker at both the NADOA and NALTA conferences each year and has co-presented several full-day seminars for the Association of Lease and Title Analysts (ALTA) in Houston hosted by the University of Houston PLM Program.
