Paid registration cancelled less than seven (7) days prior to the date of the seminar receive refund minus $25 cancellation fee. Unpaid registration, unless paid before seven (7) days prior to the seminar will be cancelled unless special arrangements are made.  Registration in a seminar may be transferred to another person/employee to attend only that same seminar, and the substitution may be made at any time including the day of the seminar.
